Services

Armenia Bridge provides advisory and coordination services for company registration, residency applications, banking setup, and related matters in Armenia. We act as a facilitator and coordinator, not as a law firm, accounting practice, or government agency.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We provide application support for third-party programs and institutions, including but not limited to: Hi-Tech Ministry IT certification, banking services (Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, Armenian banks), accelerator programs (Plug and Play, Neruzh), and residency permits. Each institution runs its own evaluation process. We do not guarantee acceptance or approval. We prepare applications to meet published standards and support clients through the process.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients understand that Armenia Bridge is a service provider and not responsible for decisions made by third-party institutions.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Initial consultations are free. Ongoing services require payment according to the agreed schedule.

Limitation of Liability

Armenia Bridge is not liable for decisions made by third-party institutions, changes in laws or regulations, or outcomes beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan.
