Armenia Bridge started around a kitchen table in Yerevan in late 2022. Two founders, one from the Iranian tech ecosystem and one from the Armenian diaspora in California, kept meeting people with the same questions: How do I register a company here? How do I open a bank account? How do I get residency?

We had just navigated those questions ourselves. We had the documents, the contacts, the institutional knowledge. We started helping friends, then friends of friends, then it became clear this was a service people needed.

Today, Armenia Bridge is a team of advisors, lawyers, and specialists who help international founders, remote professionals, and families build their presence in Armenia. We cover the full journey: from company registration to community integration.

We are not a law firm or an accounting practice. We are a concierge layer that coordinates all the pieces, with partners who handle the technical work. We stay with you through verification and make sure things actually get done.
